Our People

As much as it is important to ensure that the infrastructure of the business is sound and equal to the business & environmental needs, it is equally important that the management team and operational staff are of a caliber that not only can they fulfill their job requirements to a very high level, but also give confidence to our customers, shareholders and other interested parties that the business is well managed and meets if not exceeds the business expectations.

As with any farming business, the care we offer the live animals in our keeping and the service we offer our customers is dependent on the dedication and expertise of our small team. Our company philosophy is that all staff involved in caring for our salmon must have the competence, authority and confidence to make decisions involving their day to day welfare. This is achieved through training, motivation and education, and taking pride in everything they do.
